My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at Charlie’s Kitchen Caribbean restaurant. We selected the red snapper, rice, stew red beans, mac & cheese, mango slaw.Our meals were beautifully presented and the taste, omg, delicious. Honestly, it was the best tasting Caribbean food we’ve had in years. Additionally, the service was outstanding, as in, the server and the chef checked in with me and hubby several times which made our dining experience beyond amazing.

Phenomenal St. Lucia chicken. Moist and flavorful. The cabbage and carrots, red beans, and rice were delicious. The chef came out and asked if we liked our food and we could only give 2 huge thumbs up! Delicious food and great service. The guava punch is top notch! Can't wait to go back.

My boss got this for lunch and it smelled so good I had to go after work. The large was enough for me to eat for dinner and lunch the next day and it was wonderful both times! The place looked clean and Charles was very nice!

We really enjoyed the great food that Charles has created. The flavors we had the spinach rice, pork stew special, cabbage and mango slaw. Amazing. We also sampled the pumpkin chicken dumpling soup and it was very tasty! I would purchase this entire meal again! Looking forward to our next trip to see Charles!
