Charles’ Kitchen was a nice wind down on a Friday evening with live Jazz 🎶 performed by J Tucker. Cozy layout with intimate booth and low lit tables and offering lots of flavorful menu options. Mango 🥭 mimosas, cocktails, and imported beer 🍺 selections. Great family hospitality. Charles Kitchen made for a wonderful date night dinner. We even found out that they also have live entertainment during their Sunday brunch.

Today I had the pleasure of finally meeting Chef Charles for our live interview with Black Connections. When you walk in, it feels Caribbean, with the smell of cooking food and Caribbean music playing. It feels homey and very welcoming. The staff was very pleasant. I am super picky about my oxtail if it’s not made by my mom or myself I usually don’t like it I was initially going to Moe‘s, and the sign caught my attention so I just went there and ordered the oxtail with black beans and mango slaw. It comes with rice. I have never left an oxtail as clean to the bone as he can see pictures any other restaurant. I’m extremely happy to have found this place. It is absolutely delicious.
