Chick-fil-A Review – A Grandmother’s Take ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4 stars)
I don’t eat at Chick-fil-A often, but my grandson loves it—every time I take him out, he asks for Chick-fil-A and always wants their special sauce with his meal. That’s what brings me in.
There are a few things I really enjoy: the waffle fries, kale salad, and the consistently excellent customer service. Every location I’ve visited has friendly, respectful staff, and that’s something I truly appreciate. However, I personally find the chicken to be a bit too salty for my taste, so I tend to stick with a few sides I know I like.
My biggest concern is the cost. On our most recent visit, I ordered two meals and the total came to over $32. I understand prices have gone up everywhere, but for a fast food chain, that’s a lot—especially when you’re just a grandmother trying to treat her grandchild to something simple. Spending time together shouldn’t break the budget.
Overall, Chick-fil-A is a well-run, clean, and family-friendly place—but I do wish the prices reflected that same spirit of accessibility and care.

First the person in the drive thru lane skipped my vehicle and than my order was missing the main ingredients. When I arrived home my bag only contained the salad and dressing. A southwest salad comes with a package of pumpkin seeds and a package of tortilla strips. Never visiting this location again I expect this from Mcdonald's.

Didn’t actually get a chance to order anything because the cashier was chatting it up with a friend who I initially thought was another customer. There were other folks waiting in line. I ended up leaving because I had work
We came in twice today to try the new chicken sandwiches. Both times we were helped in the drive through by Joseph. And he remembered us. That means a lot. I know working in costumer service you see a lot of faces so for him to remember was something that made our night. On top of that they had amazing costumer service. They were fast, and worked amazingly from what we saw. They were extremely nice aswell. The workers were getting along and all together was making the Chick-fil-A a great atmosphere. You could see everyone’s happiness to be working. I would recommend coming to the whiteoak location all the time and the new chicken pepper peminto sandwich ☺️

Forgot nuggets, had to turn around. Husband was upset but they fixed the problem without a fuss. They don't offer fries or salads at this location but other locations do.
