I lived in Atlanta for 15 years and loved Chick-fil-A. I’ve frequented many Chick-fil-As from Atlanta to Washington DC. This one in Richmond is one of the best. Great attitudes by staff.

I just want to acknowledge an employee first name sela. I had came in and a little boy named rj just ordered water, I asked if he wanted anything else he said no he didn't have enough money. I ordered for him in the middle of doing that the bus pulled up and he said im sorry I have to go get on the bus I cant wait for the food. Let me tell you about SELA she took my order, made his order, then ran to the bus to give this young man his food. I just wanted to acknowledge her....
