On December 19th, 2025 I used the Chick Fil A app to order my colleague and I breakfast. My fruit cup had huge slice of apple verses the chunks cut into the portions advertised . Upon calling the store and waiting for the manager to respond to the quality of the product; no one responded. I spoke with someone who was not a team lead but advised that the manager would call me back and that it would be made right. That was Friday morning and by end of day Friday as he had promised; no one had reached out and my concern went unaddressed.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Employee tried to embarrass me a Veteran about only ordering a coffee on Veterans day not realizing I had already ordered dinner earlier. Very sloppy looking employee for chik fil a. The manager promised a follow up call on the employee and of course nothing. Just that you think it's ok for your employees to berate Veterans, yea we'll see.... Corporate next.

Always a massive long at this place. Doesn't matter what time of day you're always stuck waiting. Please hire more staff or open another location in the area. The food is not good enough to justify the wait.
Tried one more time and at 11:50a with maybe 5 cars in line they were parking people for simple orders. Pretty bad service from a place that promotes how good they are at it.

This is consistently the slowest chick fil a that we go to. We live closer to this store but often make the drive to short pump to get the better overall experience. The employees are less pleasant here and the overall feeling of warmth that chick fil a normally brings is lacking at this location.
