Recommend promote ahead of peers 100%. Coming from Ft Bragg area this is an awesome change of pace for Chik Fil A service compared to Fayetteville.

I have not been to this location in a long time but decided to get dinner here with my mom. Oliver was our cashier, not polite nor did he crack a smile. I said thank you multiple times and he proceeded to walk away. My fries were cold and overcooked. Will not be returning to this location.

Ordered delivery and the packaging was the BEST I’ve seen out of all other food places I order from. Came with wipes and a mint, utensils, food cooked & served warm, and the drink was packaged in a way to cover the lid for my safety. Very impressed by the packaging and delivery (which was delivered asap).

If I could give a 0 star for service and atmosphere I would. I always have the worst experience on service and wait time. I even stopped going to this chain for months. Hoping things would change, but months later the same. So I tried a different county the service was top notch, its messed up that I can't go to my local restaurant. What is right is right and wrong is wrong?

Service is beyond poor. First in drive thru instead of taking my order goes to the car behind me. She knew the person and was laughing it up with them. Your job is to serve all customers not just friends or family. How bizarre. Previous times before 20 min wait for waffle fries for fries as in a popular menu item one could understand if this happened every once in a while yet every single time is ridiculous pure ridiculous. Salads take 30 plus minutes. Then waited another time 15+ minutes for nuggets while cars behind me were getting their food. Perhaps at first thought you guys were understaffed yet at this point not sure why your restaurant is like this. The owner of this chain also avoids accessibility and makes excuses for the slowness. Maybe if he took accountability his staff would step up more.

Well where do I start…. First we innocently drove up to the drive through. My friend is secretly allergic to gluten and so of course we asked for a grilled sandwich with a gluten free bun and NO tomato. When we pulled up to the window and got our food we just had a feeling. We looked in the bag and there was no gluten free bun and there was a regular grilled sandwich with tomatoes on it… 😐. Anyway we told the guy and he gave us the bag we looked and after we had already explained not to give us just a bun he had given us JUST A BUN. So at that point I had already driven away. So I had to go park and walk out in the rain into the store and ask for the grilled sandwich with nothing on it but lettuce. After waiting forever for that we left and finally drove away and parked to eat. I went to grab my regular fried chicken sandwich and to my surprise I pulled out…. nuggets……. I then had to eat the grilled sandwich and not to mention they also did not give any of the sauce that we asked for. We went to grab our drinks and instead of a large water they gave us a medium. This is outrageous. And the topper on the cake was when my friend went to grab her fries and they were so overfilled and the box was folded weird that they spilled all over the entire car. This was the worst chick fil a experience that I have ever had I do not recommend that you ever go to this location ever.

Gave me the wrong drink and didn't give me enough sauces even tho I specifically asked for a certain amount

I would recommend avoiding this location at all cost if you want a delivery. Complete madness and you may wait around 2 hours. Ordered at 9:30, it’s almost 11 with no food. Got a message saying it was delivered, nothing outside. Called the restaurant and they said they were holding my order to send it with lunch orders. Highly recommend going somewhere that cares about their customers. Also, this isn’t the first time they’ve done stuff like this. Spoke to a Sam A., who refused to allow me to speak to anyone other than him about the issue. He did nothing to restore my faith in chick-fil-a. He promised a refund, that never materialized. So, you can add dishonest to the list as well. They lost a customer today.
