Dined in, took forever to get our food, like 20 minutes. When we finally get it 1 breakfast sandwich is wrong, take it back to the counter they said they would fix it, they bring us our sandwich and it's still not right, we told them we couldn't wait any longer, big disappointment

The cashier we had seemed overly slow, as if he was still in training. Our order was correct, and the food was good, The restrooms were clean. The windows were filthy, many many many hand prints all over the windows closest to the restroom that gave a nasty vibe the the "dining in" experience

Love this Chic Fil A however what is the purpose of a mobile order line if the mobile drive through line sits still while 10 other regular drive through cars pass by. I’m spending more time not less time.
2/22/24 a thief straight jacked my food as I held the door for him! The employees at the register jumped right on it and had me out of there in 2.5 minutes. GAUGE IS THE BEST EMPLOYEE! HE HAS NATURAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!! Def treat him and the morning team from today!This place knows how to efficiently manage a busy drive thru! The team is always friendly and I have zero complaints.
