This is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Anytime I need quick and delicious meal, I know I can count on this place to deliver. I tend to always order pick up and my meal is always ready when I arrive. I've had trouble with online orders at other restaurants-- I've never had a problem with Chicken Fiesta.

The customer service is the best. Never had an issue with any worker I've dealt with at this location in Henrico County. Every single part of the restaurant is always clean. I hope management treats their employees well.

You really can't go wrong with ordering anything off the menu. I've had pretty much everything they offer. The only dish I felt was disappointing was the Lomo Saltado but
even that was delicious-- it's just a bit pricey for what you get.

My one and only complaint for Chicken Fiesta is the rotisserie chicken wheel. The smell of the charred meat can sometimes be a bit strong. I also wonder how much the charcoal smoke workers breathe in during their shifts. If the restaurants ever do a design overhaul, the wheel should probably go in the back in a well ventilated area.

All in all, great place to eat. I'll continue to be a customer if they keep up the quality.

Well I didn’t like the chicken because the chicken was dry and burn.
The yuca fritas were good and the steam vegetables were good.

I really hate to write this review because I’ve been a loyal Chicken Fiesta customer for over a decade and have always loved their food. Unfortunately, my recent experience was incredibly disappointing.

About a week ago, I placed a pickup order through their website. The confirmation email listed a different pickup time than the one I had selected, so I called the restaurant to see if they could have it ready for the original time I chose. They assured me it wouldn’t be a problem.

I was running late arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes after the time they said it would be ready, and the food hadn’t even been started. I ended up leaving empty-handed. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund.

I emailed Chicken Fiesta corporate that same evening and still haven’t received a response. I also contacted DoorDash (who handles their website orders), but they refused a refund as well. At this point, my only option is to pursue a chargeback.

I’m furious and disappointed. After years of being a loyal customer, it’s really frustrating to be treated this way. I’ll be taking my business to Canastas from now on even if I don’t prefer the food.
