Chicken Fiesta Broad Street

I really hate to write this review because I’ve been a loyal Chicken Fiesta customer for over a decade and have always loved their food. Unfortunately, my recent experience was incredibly disappointing.

About a week ago, I placed a pickup order through their website. The confirmation email listed a different pickup time than the one I had selected, so I called the restaurant to see if they could have it ready for the original time I chose. They assured me it wouldn’t be a problem.

I was running late arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes after the time they said it would be ready, and the food hadn’t even been started. I ended up leaving empty-handed. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund.

I emailed Chicken Fiesta corporate that same evening and still haven’t received a response. I also contacted DoorDash (who handles their website orders), but they refused a refund as well. At this point, my only option is to pursue a chargeback.

I’m furious and disappointed. After years of being a loyal customer, it’s really frustrating to be treated this way. I’ll be taking my business to Canastas from now on even if I don’t prefer the food.

Honestly the first time I ordered from drive thru I ordered a whole chicken and only got 4 yellow sauces I asked for more and she had to ask the manager who then said I have to charge you. I got a whole chicken and yucca. I usually get catering for birthday or corporate events but after this experience take my business elsewhere where. Ride over sauce.

This place has a great menu with lots of choices. The chicken is fabulous, and everything else is tasty and fresh. Great food for a casual party -a taco bar is really popular!

The food is always good here. I got the number 7 steak and chicken combo also steak and cheese combo with yucca. Sandwich was a bit small but it was good. Food was good as always. Must try the mango juice.

Great tex-mex with flavorful food and affordable prices. Clean establishment with friendly service. You may have to wait a bit for your food but it's worth it.

I've only eaten there three times, but it's always been good, the Chicken Burrito grande is fabulous.
They have dine-in, but a lot of people do take out and it's great for that.

This is my regular spot. The broad st location. The food is also on point. The Brook Road location, and I will not return. The reason is they need to work on seasoning the food and use less salt.
