A Tex-Mex local Virginia restaurant chain based in Richmond and the Tri-Cities area. You can see whole chickens cooking in a huge brick charcoal fired rotisserie oven. The chicken is fresh and delicious. It can be ordered whole/half, or made into Mexican style burritos, tacos, nachos etc. Sides: fries, yucca, salads, rice, beans. They also serve steak, ribs and burgers and fried ice cream for dessert. Dine in is informal/casual with booths and tables or order online for takeout....
Ordered catering for my team the day before for 20 people. Order was filled perfectly and the food was delicious. Ordered the rotisserie chicken, chicken and steak tacos, plus beans and rice as sides. There is nothing left less than an hour later. Service wise, they were great. Very thorough in their process and the order was correct and arrived exactly when it was scheduled.

Steak (for a 15 dollar plate exceeded my expectations) cooked more than I personally prefer but was still tender and flavorful. Yuka was delicious along with the sauces.
