the manager came over and told us verbatim “if you want chilis, go to the one in glen allen” while we were waiting for our table. this poem is dedicated to her.In a Chili's near, an odd sight did appear,Empty tables, yet the hostess shed a tear,Complaining of a busy night, quite unclear,In a quiet room, her words did veer.Waited we did, a party of three,Twenty-five to thirty, minutes did flee,No other souls, an eerie spree,In an empty dining room, the wait, a decree.The manager approached, with a decree,"If Chili's you want, another one, go see,"Glen Allen beckoned, a dinner spree,From this Chili's, we were to flee.No espresso martinis, nor margaritas neat,Just a simple request, a minor treat,Our waitress, the chef, a curious feat,A dual role, our dining seat.Crispy crispers, not original in my sight,An unexpected change, not quite right,A sweet tea, lost in the night,A missing order, a blight.To Chili's we went, with hopes high,But alas, our visit, a curious why,A tale of oddities, under the Chili's sky,In this strange place, we said goodbye.

The manager gentlemen was above and beyond and so sweet. He went out of his way to accommodate us. He genuinely was so welcoming and made it such an amazing visit !!

Never answers the phone. Website says call to place order.
By far the worst place I’ve been to in the VCU area. Walked in and there was a sign stating everything they were out of which was LITERALLY half of the menu. This was AFTER we paid for parking, then my husband wanted to use the bathroom before we walked out. He was then greeted with a sign that said there was no toilet paper or soap. So WHY are y’all even open? SMH

If you are in a rush, do not go here.... We had tickets for the Altria theater and went here for dinner beforehand. I had to ask for a waitress as no one approached our table. Once our meal finally came we had to rush to eat. One of the members in our party had to cancel her order as it did not come. Service is slow. When we received our ticket to pay it was not itemized and we did not have time to dispute as something was not right about it. The food tasted fine and was not an issue.
