PAINFULLY slow. Out of half the toppings while multiple employees where talking on their phones and just standing around.

I have never been at Chipotles.
Food is no bad, nothing out of this world, tables were all dirty,appear like no one cares. I ordered a steak burrito for $ 11.99 . On the board says, cream next to it how many calories the same with queso Blanco and guacamole. No where say it's going to be extra charge if you want them. When I pay was $21.17 in my opinion.
Way to much for a lunch burrito.

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I live in North Carolina and their chipotle‘s are hit or miss but this one here took the cake. I placed an app order during lunchtime and I had missing items. No chicken and no corn. How do you forget the protein? And on top of it all it was the weakest smallest bowl. I would imagine it would be a kids bowl if this item was on the menu. I guess it pays to look at the reviews. and the customer service is in great either when I came up to the counter, the guy looked at me and walked away, and then another guy came back and said my orders are over there. The staff is not friendly at all.

By far the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Placed an order for 7:50pm. Did actually receive it until 8:30. I asked multiple workers for help and they just told me to go to the pickup counter. Meanwhile the workers behind the pickup counter wouldn’t give me the time of day and kept making orders that were due way after mine. Finally one worker, maybe a manager, heard me out and told me they would remake it. Well, they made another 6-7 orders before mine then finally I got my order. Asked for a side of vinaigrette, should have known the answer, but was met with a no they couldn’t get me one. Never going back to this location or maybe any other location again. Crazy.

Ordered a sofritas quesadilla for delivery and received chicken instead. I’m a vegetarian and can’t eat chicken. If y’all were out of sofritas, just cancel the order, don’t just substitute whatever you want.

Don’t waste your time or money at this location. The staff, employees, and management have a nasty attitude. The corporate office clearly doesn’t care about this location or they’d make a change in management. It seems as if the people managing this location don’t want to work for the company and the customers are left to dealt with the lack of care/work ethic/ and morales. I’ve managed a quick lube for the past 3 years, the corporate office needs to come In and clean house. You’re paying someone 50,000k+ dollars a year to ruin the reputation of your restaurant. Congratulations. You lost a customer. I’d rather buy takeout from a sit down Mexican restaurant than deal with the negligent management you pay to staff this location. Fix yourself chipotle. Or another business will take your spot.

Loud, one lady no patience for a white lady with hearing problems
So just ordered Chipotle through door dash and they barely filled my bowl up. Why are we paying 30$ for this when we don’t even get 30$ worth of food. It’s ridiculous and I will not be ordering food from here anymore

Every time I go here it’s always the worst and I regret it each time. Only come here because it’s walking distance from my apartment.
They don’t give you food….And I’m not even joking.
Rice-they don’t mind loading you up on this because it’s cheap.
Chicken-was given a scoop that was just barely full. It was placed in the middle of my pound of rice
Lettuce- I always ask for my lettuce first. I was given 3 pieces of lettuce neatly placed in the middle of my bowl.
Pico de gallo-she barely had any in the tin and legitimately gave me a teaspoons worth. This is when I asked her if she was allowed to serve me food.
Don’t waste your time, money, or breath on this store. Complete waste of space.

i ordered ahead for pickup at 8pm and it’s now 8:15 and she confirmed that they haven’t even started preparing my order yet.

First, I had a hell of a time parking. Two of the three “burrito loading zones” were taken up by the same cars the entire 25 minutes I was there.
I was picking up catering, which was not ready until 20 minutes after my requested pick up time. A bunch of other people waiting to pick up mobile orders as well.
You can’t really mess up the food, but everything other part of my experience here was a disaster
