Chipotle Mexican Grill

Worst chipotle in a minute. I am a regular and lately the issue has been the guac. It lacks any flavor besides avocados and onions. Not to mention the whole halves of avocados I get every freaking night. It’s terrible.

I have never witnessed a more incompetent restaurant staff in my entire life. Closing the dining room and only accepting mobile orders would be fine if I didn’t see the entire staff eating instead of preparing my order. Staff was rude to people around and would not give extra sauces. Corporate needs to lay a corrective hand on these people. Fix this abysmal toilet of a restaurant or replace it with a CAVA. Do not come here if you value your money.

I ordered from my app and it never came the Uber driver said they didn’t got your order and I went there and it was a big line and they where taking to long

I genuinely hate coming here! The customer service is as trash as their portions, nothing looks clean in the establishment, and it seems like no one wants to work except the cooks. It takes away the convenience of going to chipotle for a quick good meal and you almost feel like you have to see who’s working before you walk in because you may be over charged and under served!

MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO LET THESE EMPLOYEES STAY AT HOME WHEN THE AC ISNT WORKING. DISGUSTING TO SEE THEM MISTREATED IN SUCH A WAY. THOUGHT HIGHER OF CHIPOTLE BUT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

I got a little rice beans and beef and it didn't even cover the bottom of the bowl. Smh, for $15 I should at least get a full bowl.

Ill never understand why it takes forever to pick up food let alone to get any service. Not the best location especially for delivery drivers.

The lil Mexican girl making the food is extremely rude and unprofessional food line is always nasty like employees professionalism,I mean why are they mad I cut grass 6 days a week 11 to 12 hours a day and I'm not them but work way harder than that lol

Absolutely hate this place. Always forget my side order when placing order on the app. And today they forgot my side of guacamole again.

1/2 hour before closing, the store was out of many items( corn, sour cream, lettuce, chips, and cheese).

I visited this location last night 7/11 around 9:30 pm. There were three people working. The manager, who had red hair, would take one order and then disappear, leaving a line of 7-8 people waiting. When he came back, he was very slow, hard to hear, and took a long time to add toppings before disappearing again. It took almost 20 minutes to get my food. The second employee, with long black hair, was fulfilling Togo orders, but her hair was constantly in her face and she did not change her gloves after disappearing along with the manager. The third employee was slow at ringing customers up and was rude when taking orders. It's clear that someone needs to step in and control the staff and enforce some standards. I typically enjoy eating at Chipotle, but this experience was unacceptable.

Chipotle is now a joke. The server literally put a scoop of chicken in my bowl then scooped half of it out! Not their fault I’m sure it’s management but either way I won’t come back. Cava is the way to go y’all!

Came here late at night around 9pm, they were very busy but able to keep the line moving. Im writing this review because of the sanitation hazard I witnessed. The cashier was taking payments (cash and cards) then using the same gloves to make bowls, putting their hands in the lettuce and cheese, then would go back to taking more payments. The first time I thought maybe I missed when they changed their gloves, until they went back again after a payment, grabbed a tortilla and made another burrito. I witnessed it twice more then decided not to order because I was disgusted. This is how people get sick and I hope this review brings attention to this issue.
