Worst Chipotle in the area. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. One employee told me that all of the bowls have stains on them, which was very off-putting. The cashier practically threw my change at me, and on top of that, they tried to overcharge me for queso that I did not get in my bowl. Overall, the service was nasty and unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

Every time I order on DoorDash I am given somebody else messed up trash order. This is the second time this happened to me. It’s like door dashers get anything because they don’t know what’s in the bag. I’m very upset . My order was nothing I ordered. I’m starting to hate this location

LAZY! Everytime it’s something lazy going on lol one person struggling with orders while 2 are in the corner talking one keep popping his head up the front from the back but I would assume he’s not back there working because he didn’t have gloves on it’s just a mess every time guaranteed
When I arrived there was no food ready however they promptly refilled. They did an ok job. I'll go to another Chipotle over this location.

I had such an amazing experience today and had to share! Every single employee I interacted with was cheery, kind, and very professional. I appreciated the swiftness of their efforts and the food was amazing. Fresh! Nice! and Fast!

This was one of the worst time and experiences I’ve ever had one. I asked to speak to management. He continuously worked and ignored Want a full refund at this point they can’t have the foodmy request. I was not offered the Bogo deal. I was told about one of the workers that she already had pissed her manager off and she couldn’t do a refund and re-rang me up for the Bogo deal Really disappointed in the night shift all the time I’m a regular customer. It’s no structure literally disorganized disoriented customer disoriented crew.

I walked in and immediately noticed how the dining room was a mess. I walked up to the line and noticed how they had no meats except for chicken and carne asada. They were also out of fajitas and the workers also had a bad attitude and were not welcoming at all. One girl also had her hair down which I’m pretty sure is health violation. Over just a bad experience

My husband went and got the food in the 11/12 and it was a bug in it. I ended up emailing the wrong store but I finally got the right store now.

I've only ordered on the app and had mostly great experiences. Only issue I've had is sometimes my bowl or burrito isn't fully wrapped and leaks thru to the bag. Only every 1/5 times so not the worst.

Absolutely disgusting. I got the carne asada, they basically took the entire steak and put it in the middle of my bowl. The beef wasn’t sliced at all, the chunk was the size of my hand. It was hard , chewy and cold. The rice was stuck together, just a complete mess. Service is always sub par. Won’t be coming back.

Ordered 2 burritos for take out. I was there when the food came out and home 5 minutes later. Both burritos were completely cold, one burrito was broken, tortillas were old, and one burrito was mostly rice. It was almost like they were trying to make it as bad as possible.
