This is the closest location to me unfortunately. The experience is different if I were to go in, but whenever I order delivery, there’s is ALWAYS an issue. I completed the survey and asked to be contacted, but never received anything. So many items from my order that I placed last night were missing and the portion sizes were definitely kid sized (the burrito was the size of a russet potato). Love chipotle
Placed 3 online orders today. Verified all of them placed correctly. Sent a staff member to pick them up. 2 of the 3 were so incorrect it was as if the wrong orders were put in the bag. WHEN SOMEONE ORDERS VEGETARIAN ..... DON'T PUT MEAT IN IT !! When someone is allergic to Dairy, DONT COVER THE BOWL WITH CHEESE AND SOUR CREAM like you were icing a cake !! 2 people got no lunch today.
