Recent Reviews

This location was usually dependable in the past. But on this wed after the storm something was off. Rice was undercooked. Salsas are super salty and the grilled peppers/onions tasted like over pickled veggies. Some of the staff was just standing around and not doing much.

Will try again in the future before updating this review.

This location at THIS time of day (10:45... When they open) was great. Everything was ready, tables, floors and soda dispensers were clean. Outside(which is where we sat) was free of trash, tables were decent although they could've been wiped down, but wasn't messy, just dusty. All in all. Nice. Food was great, right temp, correct proportions and of course, the taste.... The flavor of what you expect at CHIPOTLE. We'll be back!

I reallly want to love chipotle again. Had a few rough experiences at Chipotles around Richmond over the years sometimes bad service sometimes bad food. It’s been years since I have tried again and finally caved after hearing good things about new menu items. Gave it a go….and unfortunately the new menu items were completely out. What we had was good but dissatisfied with the out of stocks. Probably another hiatus for a few years before we try again.
