Leon (?) is a salad magician! I asked for the flavors of a warm bowl made into a salad and he said absolutely! One of the best salads I’ve ever had, he made the perfect substitutions and his customer service was top notch. I asked for the same thing at a different location and it was not the same at all. For whatever next salad I’ll go back and ask for him!
