I my bf n my sonson went for the buffet we all got back to the table to eat my son son was on his last couple of bits left of one of the slices he had on his plate whereas to when he stated mama theres a piece of hair on my pizza we normally go to this location but I don't know now 😑

You know, here's the skinny. I expected it to be horrible, instead the pizzas were hot, readily available options, sauces were fresh, topping were great, and the location was very clean. I actually went back for a new players full several times. Was totally surprised with how good it a tally was. Great spot for the kids to. Good job guys....oh oh..bring back the barvarian desert pizza . Miss that

We no longer have a Cicis where we live so my family visits this location whenever we come to Richmond. Today was exceptional because the manager visited our table offering to have us anything made we might want. He went above and beyond for my family which made our usual good experience even better. We have missed Cicis and the drive to Richmond to visit this location is well worth it. Pizza was constantly restocked and hot and the restaurant was clean.

Restaurant was very clean. The buffet food was constantly stocked and food was nice and hot. The manager (Eric, I think?) was genuinely kind and asked if there was any pizza I'd enjoy, had it made, and then made sure I got it. The lady who cleared the tables was also kind and happy.

I have never had a bad experience here. When you walk in the door you are greeted and served quickly. The pizza is always hot and fresh and you can request a flavor if you don't see it on the counter. The salad bar is stocked and fresh and the tables are always cleaned up while you are eating. The restaurant is clean and organized.
