The buffet is definitely worth the price. Great for families or kids or anyone. I loved going here when I was a child about 25 years ago. Recently went back to visit for the first time And I was surprised how it was still such a great experience. The food isn't 5 stars obviously. It's a cheap buffet, but you definitely get more than what you pay for. I love the salad bar. Deserts are great. The pizza is decent and it's always fresh and hot. There is a game room for kids. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My son wanted 2 things for his birthday, to go to a trampoline park and to get stuffed crust pizza! I called close to 20 different pizza places in Richmond and no one would make stuffed crust for us! We decided to go to Cicis because we knew they had dessert pizza and thought that would be special instead! Little did we know that when we walked in we told the person at the register that our son really wanted stuffed crust and guess what! They made us a whole special pizza for our table complete with stuffed crust! We enjoyed the rest of the buffet as well. The customer service was spectacular which is hard to come by today at any restaurant. You truly cannot beat the prices either for the buffet, such a deal! Thank you for making my son’s birthday wishes come true!

Absolutely loved visiting this cici's. First one we have been to in a while so I wasn't sure what to expect.
The manager was very friendly. We came in when it was not super busy he made sure to ask what kinds of pizza we would like. He made it happen! I love that it tastes like the cicis pizza I remember!

Food was excellent and the pizzas were being constantly replenished. The cashiers and workers were friendly and helpful and the restaurant itself was clean and orderly.

Seems to be very well managed - that's the key to a successful restaurant. Pretty clean and maintained despite the amount of people. Tends to be quite crowded bc of people having birthday parties. Pizza was freshvand good. Salad bar was stocked. Will return again.
