We were immediately greeted and seated. The atmosphere was upbeat and felt very warm and inviting. Our waitress was kind and took our drink and food order within 10 minutes of being seated. The food came out very quickly and hot. I ordered the Breakfast Burrito with sausage and a side of home fries. Both were delicious! When we return to Richmond, this restaurant will be on our list to return to.

Stayed over night near this diner and stopped in for breakfast. If busy city diners are your vibe then you'll love this established. Menu selection is excellent. On the morning of our visit tho only two waitresses were covering all patrons they kept busy and things flowed amazing well. They were supported by a compliment of fast paced cooks and a lively gentleman at the cash register.
If boisterous is your vibe then you'll love this local spot.

Amazing place to stop. I had the French toast and it was fluffy, perfectly so, and the coffee is quite nice. Service was quick despite it being reasonably busy when I visited. Heather served me and Russo cooked. The French toast also smelled amazing and they gave me more than enough syrup to drown the toast if I pleased.

Every time I come down to Richmond visiting friends and family this is my must go to place.From the moment I enter this place I feel the warmth and the southern hospitality of the waitresses who do not hesitate to accommodate me and sit me down and make me feel at home,they all have a very cheery and homely demeanor with a smile on their face.And the food is delicious,I had ordered a meal of pancakes,bacon with scrambled eggs.Pancakes are big size with that buttermilk taste,nice and fluffy,bacon is alright but they can go a little easy on the salt tho.Scrambled eggs are very fresh and well done.The place is always clean and kept up,my only gripe is that they close so early.It would be nice if they extend the hours for dinner,other than that it's a very wonderful place not only for their food but for their ability to make their customers feel at home.

I walked in the waitress and asked how many ppl in my party I told her 4, but my husband is parking the car she made us wait until he came inside before we were sat. That mad no sense because clearly we.are.going to eat her, whether it's 3 or 4 of us, and don't say because of seating. The only thing open was booths. We sat down and ordered drinks that took forever to come back to the table. When we got our food, it didn't taste as expected. My French toast was good, but everything else was mediocre. My kids love breakfast food, and they barely touched their food. My husband was unsatisfied with his food as well. My husband and I used to frequent this place years ago, but again, maybe the kitchen staff has changed because the food just wasn't it this time.
