Customer service,from Tyler, was top notch and the food was cooked to order, so it was scrumptious! The catfish was not highly breaded and the lemon pepper fries were different, but delish. I'll definitely return on a regular basis.
The manager and employees were so kind and accommodating even though I'm a mute. It's a great place to go to eat. Hot food even near end of day and care for each customer. I work customer service with food service so I know that some employees take shortcuts right before close and this place is exceptional in that way. Yummy food all day. Very good!
Deshaye did a great job. I called ahead with questions and she was very thorough. Don't let the location deter you, come on in! She walked us through the order, read it back to us, checked on us and was great. She was seating people, taking to go orders, taking dine in orders, running drinks and food, answering questions all while making everyone feel welcome. We had the build your own seafood bag.
