I don't usually leave reviews, especially not for a place like an airport bar, but I feel compelled to comment on the service. The bartender, Rebecca, was engaging and attentive. Even though busy, drinks didn't sit empty. And even when people were rude, her demeanor didn't change. I was in a bad mood when I arrived, but she ended up making me smile more than once. She's impressive.

My husband, daughter and I stopped in to get something to eat before our flight and there was limited seating. A gentleman offered to move to the bar so we could have his table and the waitress rudely said no and that we couldn’t eat. We left but how disappointing. We never even said a word to anyone, had just walked in the entrance 20 seconds prior. Extremely sad as there is limited options to eat at the airport so now we starve til we get to Atlanta. Do better.

Service from Derrick makes this a 5 star place. Prices are airport prices so expect to spend, that said food was decent breakfast arrived quickly and was tasty.
Had to be the best burger I’ve had yet. My server Derrick was on top of service and made sure I wasn’t left without anything. He was really easy to talk to and made the experience that much greater. The environment was super relaxing and the music just topped it off. I’ll be sure to stop here every time I fly into Richmond, VA. 10/10 highly recommended
