The server was doing the best that she could but had way too many tables. It made for a very stressful dining experience. With an airport restaurant, you need quick service with no stress. The server had no help and never saw a manager help on the floor.
I come to this restaurant every time I’m in Richmond airport! The whole team is fantastic! Our food was incredible for airport food and the drinks were delicious! Big thanks to Aaron L and Alyssa for being so incredibly sweet and great bartenders!
After a long travel day full of layovers it a pleasant surprise to come here & receive such good service. The vibes were energetic and the service was excellent. The bartender Aaron was above and beyond! Such good energy, I was so taken care of I felt like I was at a neighborhood bar back home!
