Desserts were delicious!
Went on a Monday night around 7PM-ish to get some milkshakes with some friends. It wasn’t busy at all and there was no wait. There was tons of seating inside and a covered patio on the side of the building. The staff were super friendly and there were tons of options. I got the chocolate milkshake with the brownie on top and got the “mini” size and it was still huge. Definitely good value for your money. The shake itself was chocolaty but not overly sweet which was a really nice surprise. There’s definitely something on the menu for everyone from chocolate desserts, milkshakes, ice cream, more fruity based things and if you’re an alcohol drinker they do boozy shakes and cool looking flights. Would totally go again! 10/10
The whistle blower blackberry, violet and coffee whip cream and violet candy on top delicious!
I like it, the drinks were over the top, and it was fun to try them.
A bit too sweet for my taste but it was great
I ordered a iced Rasperetto Latte on a hot Sat afternoon. The young lady who took my order did not know what it was and someone explained it to her, but I don't believe she understood the details. I'm certain all I got was a $6 iced coffee w/ skim milk. I love having C&H in the neighborhood however the 2 people working this afternoon seemed clueless.
Really cute place! Loved the drinks too :) many thanks
We chose Coco+Hazel for an evening treat after a long, hot day. My kids had 2 milkshakes (mini sizes were plenty) that they absolutely loved. It was very clean, service was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for a great experience!
Unfortunately, this was pretty poor attempt at a flavorful milkshake. Yes, it looks pretty and has a brownie on top. You can make a better brownie with the mix from Costco. At $15, this should’ve blown my mind. But, it was average at best. The hype is not worth it.
After leaving the movies at the Cinema Bistro at Stoney Point, I googled dessert places near me, and Coco + Hazel popped up. My co-worker recommended this place to me a few weeks ago, so we decided to give it a try.
Upon pulling up, the atmosphere looked very nice. The bright lights were beaming out of the completely glass store front.
The place was really clean and quiet. The atmosphere was really nice, bright lights and nice decor. I really loved the hanging candy, the day of the dead theme, and the floral prints.
As our first time, we checked out the menu for a bit while we waited in line. We decided on 2 specialty cake shakes and a Bananarama to go. Since we got it to go, our cakes came on the side.
The wait was about 15 minutes for our order, so we hung out in the lobby, took a few photos, and watched them make other orders.
The drinks were nice and tasty. The rim of the to-go cups are covered in what looks/tastes like white chocolate and sprinkles and dark chocolate and crumbles. The cake shake my son, and I ordered tasted amazing. My husband wasn't a fan of his Bananarama. The cake tasted pretty good as well.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend and go back!!
Kid-friendliness: Great sizes and flavors for kids. Nice toddler cups

Really cool gem in Southside. Awesome drinks (coffee and adult variety). Shakes are amazing but haven’t tried the food. Staff is very friendly and decor is awesome. Took 35 min to get our shakes though, which is way too long.

DO NOT COME W/IN HOUR OF CLOSING!!
I was really excited to try out this spot with my family last night and was completely disappointed in the service we received. My elderly grandparents came all the way from Florida to visit for the holidays and this was our final stop on a tour we created for them. The girl at the counter was incredibly impatient with us, and we were literally greeted with "We close at 9" (about a half an hour later). I hate posting bad reviews but my Grandfather is a Vet, they were obviously struggling, and you could have at least smiled one single time as they navigate your confusing menu... especially after you had already stopped serving coffee (what they came for, please have availability posted somewhere so patrons don't waste your precious closing time anymore), and shut down over half of the restaurant. I work at an ice cream shop, I get it, but damn!

Visited during the holidays and was blown away by the expansive lists (plural) of available items: a wall menu behind the counter, another behind the ice cream, a pair of sandwich boards with seasonal items, and the printed menus, with even more items. Everything was yummy, including the venue itself, with super cute holiday decorations, cozy (and copious) seating, and even a darling selfie station. The only detractor was the awful, grating heavy metal music, which didn't at all suit the venue or the season.

Loved it here, my wife had the jingle bells holiday flight of coffee and loved every flavor. I had one of the wraps and it really hit the spot. The atmosphere is upbeat and fun and the staff were really helpful. Highly recommend making time to stop by if you’re in the area
