This was my first experience at this Cold stone and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I was served by a young man who I told him that I wanted a "love it" cookie dough and kit kat mix. He didn't give me cookie dough, he gave me butter pecan. I tasted more KitKat than what I thought was cookie dough. I will never go there again. Really messed up my appetite for it. ?

The ice cream is good but not worth for the waiting and the attitude of some of the people that work there! Yesterday I was there for 20 minutes in the line and this boy was touching his hair all the time and mixing the ice cream ! I asked if they could wear gloves and he pretended that he didn’t hear me and starred helping other person! No manager there and no one there to ask them to at list wash their hands after touching their hair !!!!! No more eating there for me!!!!

I had my two kids with me and my significant other. First off, they need to work on their ice cream skills. One of the coworkers ( a guy with long black hair) had to much of a nonchalant attitude. When we got up to the register to pay, we gave him the card and he slammed the card on the counter. Then we asked if we can get 2 extra cups(upsized) because they will leak.
