If you use the drive-through, I recommend eating your burger before you get home. It's wrapped so tight in aluminum foil that the lettuce looks cooked by the time you go to open it. Overall I recommend this restaurant and definitely the shakes. Just hope they don't turn into McDonald's with the shake machine never being cleaned to the point where you can taste other flavors and (worst of all) you taste sour, rotten ice-cream.

The staff is friendly, food is decent, and the wait time is fairly quick. Over all, when I need something quick and filling, CookOut is a good place to go.
Stopped after a concert with my wife. I don't think they were expecting the late-night rush, but being one of the few restaurants open they got a lot of traffic. The wait for service wasn't unreasonable and they did a great job moving people through and our order was fresh and accurate. Other customers struggled with the two service lanes, so the path was restricted for no reason, but not the fault of the team. Food tasted great.
