The service was the worst and the manager was standing in the breeze way the whole time on her cell phone the food was under cooked (pancakes) did not receive correct side dishes this location on South laburnum Ave in Richmond va has gotten worse I believe it's so to location being predominantly black and brown people also they have changed the prices and menu about three times in the last year

I always have a great experience at this location. Food is always on point and the servers are super friendly and attentive.

Dietary restrictions: My family and I don't eat pork and they are super helpful in ensuring my food doesn't contain pork.

My server was inattentive to all needs. We don't ask for much, but we would like napkins with our meal. Beverages when requested. I found my server busy enjoying the company of his co-workers opposed to taking care of his business. I also found him to be young, and with very little customer service.

Highly recommend! The staff were warm and welcoming, and the food was, as always, delicious homestyle favorites. Lovely rocking chairs greet you on the porch, while pieces of vintage Americana adorn the walls inside and out. The store offers seasonal gifts, and some hard to find items, like toys and bottled sodas of yesteryear. Check it out if you need a place that serves breakfast all day, or a great lunch special. Don't miss the candy section of the store!

Parking: Plenty of parking, but it would also be easy to park nearby as it's located in a large shopping center. Lots of handicap and van accessible spaces are right in front of the porch.

Took my great nephews to celebrate their birthdays with 8 other family members. Oue waiter Chris was excellent and very patient with the 4 children in our group. The food was all prepared as ordered. The only drawback when trying to pay bill, only one cashier and there was a line all the way pass the fireplace near the kitchen entrance.

The food is definitely amazing. The service I receive always kind,warm, welcoming & very respectful, I love the atmosphere, bcuz I feel safe, Cracker Barrel definitely a clean environment & peaceful,oh by the way,prices are truly reasonable 👌🏽👍🏽♥️

This place is trash, the hostess with the pink hair and glasses was very rude. The waitress seemed sketchy at first but it turned out ok. I had to throw up so I can finish my food. The eggs are nasty, the service sucked . I think they are racist
