Bland everything from service, food, and decor. Sliders were school cafeteria grade. Pimento on the bruschetta was disgusting. Ham was inedible. Fruit flys around the bar. Staff was unprofessional. This place won't be around much longer.

A friend and I dined at Crafted the other evening and the service was great. Courtney did a very good job! To my surprise, the food was not as good as it has been in the past. The burger ordered was asked to be medium but it came out well and crispy. The fries were good. My friend did have a bug in her water, but Courtney quickly apologized and resolved the matter. Crafted was a place I visited OFTEN and hoping things can become better.

Ordered The Libby and Bar Matt Burger. Libby was delicious and had a lot of flavor. The shoestring fries had no flavor. The Bar Matt Burger was horrible. It had no flavor whatsoever. I had to add salt and pepper and ask for mayo to give it a taste. Special mushrooms are simply canned mushrooms. Server did not give us any silverware so I had to put mayo on the burger with a fry. Got charged $2 to get tater tots instead of fries. And they were horrible and overcooked. Beer selection was sub par. The waitress was nice minus not giving us utensils or napkins. The atmosphere looks nice but the food does not come any where close to matching. Won't be coming back.

My husband and I came for our first date night since having a baby. We even had a sitter. We had a reservation. We were turned away because “we are not seating any more tables because the kitchen is backed up” despite having a reservation. When I asked to speak with a manager, I watched the hostess go try and get the manager, who refused to speak with us. Poorly managed place and an awful experience for us for what was supposed to be a special night.

Just was here. First waitress was nice, but didn't inform me that the breakfast items were no longer served. I had been waiting for awhile, so I was upset and cursed (not at her) but just under my breath. She apologized for the menu and I said no worries, and I ordered. A bit of time had passed, and this lady with an attitude came up to me and told me it was inappropriate to curse at the staff (did not happen) and told me that if I ever wanted to come back, to never do that again. I never said a word to the lady, my guess is that there's a bunch of pansies working here that fall apart at the mere sign of distress. I just walked out without saying another word. I would never curse at someone directly, and my guess is that this must be an ongoing issue since it appears that the place is struggling financially. Word to the owners, hire better staff and fix the menu.

The food was delicious. Very clean. Very spacious. My tables server was a bit neglectful but friendly when she was with us.
You need to update on google when the restaurant is going to be closed. This is TWICE now that we've come when google says the restaurant is open and it's closed in the middle of the day. We won't be back.

They close their kitchen hours early if they feel like it , dont waste your time going here for dinner past 6pm.
Nice place and the food was good but saw our waitress 2 times. Once to order and once to bring food. I had to go find the waitress to pay as I hosted a lunch meeting and had to have all my clients leave to go back to meetings while I tracked down the waitress. I would definitely go back but I hope the service is better.

When they had just opened we had a nice experience, food was good, excellent service and atmosphere. Last weekend it was subpar. The service was horrible, took forever for the waitress bring our crab dip, we didn't get enough bread with it so we asked d for more, after having waited 20 minutes, we had to ask the hostess, got a few more slivers for an extra $1.50 we spent most of our time there waiting for the service. We will not go back unless there are some serious changes to the management of staff and service.

Most of our group liked their food and had sufficient portions, but I got the “Big Johns Philly” and there was hardly any filling in the sandwich. Just bread and a few morsels in between.
