I am bummed to have to leave this review, as I used to love Crafted. I will say our server was very kind and none of this is his fault, but it was a bad experience. My family and I were there on Friday for dinner and ended up being there for almost 3 hours. Our food came out about 2 hours after we ordered it - even with tables emptying out. Clearly something happened in the kitchen. When it did come out, the cheese on my sandwich was like rubber. As a side note, I have tried to call to place a take out order numerous times and nobody ever answers the phone. Not sure what's going on, but definitely an experience that will make me hesitate to go back in the future.

I LOVE me some Crafted! I always have superior service, quality food and a good time when I come. I love sitting outside on a warm day.
They honestly have the best wings around in my opinion! They recently started a deal where if you dine in on a weekday they’re like almost half price. They use to have a rootbeer flavor I loved but now they have hundread proof and it’s just as good! I’ve also had their beef and cheddar and honestly, don’t know if I can eat and Arby’s one again after having that. The crab nachos, pretzel, crab dip, and burgers are good too.
Not to mention the cocktails are 10/10, they don’t call it crafted for no reason. Sometimes they have public events going on and brunch on Sunday, haven’t checked it out but I hear great things.
The surrounding area of Libbie mill is beautiful and fun to walk around. Do yourself a favor and come here the next time you’re debating on where to go!

Me and some of my family eat there . The food service and atmosphere was wonderful. They have some of the best people service there. The southern gentleman is one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. Everything was very good. My family had a wonderful time eating there. Everything was delicious

Service is nice and the staff are lovely. The issue is they never have in stock what we want to order. We’ve gone out of our way several times, spent at least $80 in Ubers, and leave hungry. Won’t be wasting our time anymore.
Drinks are nothing special. Just small and overpriced.

Went for the first time, ordered the crabcakes entrée. Worst I’ve ever had no flavoring dry as dust cannot taste any crab. It was just awful. The string French fries were cold and squishy. I sat with an empty glass and asked the waitress three times for a refill. Had nothing to drink most of my meal. Maybe some other food items on the menu are better. Don’t think I’ll be going back.

First let me say Autumn is an exceptional sever very professional and courteous, now to the food it was cold and inedible I got something else to replace it but it was Luke warm. The drinks were on point but why did the new owners change the menu my wife and I was looking forward to some good old hot delicious pountine but nope ? its not on the menu no more forever gone. The new owners are cheap and it shows in the quality of the food that they put out. Crafted was once my go to spot for a delicious helping of pountine and a good strong stout to wash it down with but now it’s just an overrated Applebees or TGIF with Miller Light on Draft.

I just finished eating here. Service was decent, nothing bad, but nothing amazing. The food was bad. I didn’t try the beer. I got the Kentucky gentleman. The fries were ice cold and there was very little BBQ sauce on it. It was very bland without the sauce.

Meal was pretty good. Service was pretty bad all three times I've gone. The server certainly didn't anticipate needs and was late in every request, and I'm talking about like flatware and ketchup, things that should be taken for granted.
A very false sense of wanting to be there made it awkward; I know it's a job, but your attitude makes a difference. If you don't want to be there, why should I?
Each time, the server came and asked "is everything good" literally before I had even taken a bite and then didn't show up again except to ask if I wanted the check. Even I said, "I don't know, I haven't started" the typical response was "great, let me know if you need anything." Like they didn't even hear.

If you're looking for a dining experience that combines culinary artistry with a welcoming atmosphere, Crafted is the place to be. Nestled in the heart of Libbie Mill; this gem has quickly become a favorite among locals and visitors alike.
From the moment you walk in, the ambiance strikes you with its warm lighting and stylish décor, creating an inviting backdrop for a memorable meal. The open kitchen design allows diners to catch a glimpse of the culinary team in action, showcasing the craftsmanship that goes into every dish.
The menu at Crafted is a delightful mix of seasonal ingredients and innovative flavors. Each dish is thoughtfully curated, with options that cater to various dietary preferences. I started with the salad, which was beautifully plated and bursting with flavor. The combination of creamy goat cheese, candied walnuts, and a tangy citrus vinaigrette was simply divine.
For the main course, I opted for the tennesse lady bird, and it did not disappoint. Cooked to perfection, the chicken was flaky and tender, complemented by a vibrant ranch sauce and a side of seasonal vegetables that were fresh and crisp. Each bite was a testament to the chef's attention to detail and commitment to quality.
But what truly elevated my experience at Crafted was the bar. Enter Matt, the bartender extraordinaire. With a friendly demeanor and an impressive knowledge of mixology, Matt crafts cocktails that are as tasty as they are artful. I asked for a recommendation, and he whipped up a refreshing gin and elderflower concoction that was the perfect balance of sweet and tangy.
Matt's passion for his craft is evident in every drink he prepares. He takes the time to explain the ingredients and the inspiration behind each cocktail, making the experience feel personalized. It's not just about pouring drinks; it's about creating an experience that enhances the overall dining adventure.
As the evening wound down, I couldn't resist sampling one of Matt's dessert cocktails—a rich espresso martini that was the ideal sweet ending to a fantastic meal.
Overall, my experience at Crafted was nothing short of exceptional. From the delicious food to the stellar service, particularly from the talented bartender Matt, I left feeling satisfied and eager to return. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a great night out, Crafted is a must-visit destination. Highly recommended!

Should update Sat hours. Went to the restaurant for a drink at 9:35pm when the hours are listed to be closing at 11pm and we were turned away by host with pink hair bcs “last call had already happened” - although there was live music and the signs on the door said it closed at 11pm and online said closed at 11pm on Saturdays. Not sure why they would tell me they close at 10pm when I called to check. Confusing and should be more accurate.
Had dinner this evening at Crafted. Service and the waiter was fine. When dinner arrived my son could see a hair in his chicken sandwich. Brought it to the attention of a waitress. She took the plate never apologized. Waiter came over and apologized, Later, waiter came to the table and said I am going to discount that sandwich by 50%. I did not say anything. After dinner was over I nicely told the waiter I would never eat at the restaurant again. 50% off a $16 sandwich. Dinner was ruined, nobody wanted to eat afterwards and I pay a bill minus $8. Wasn't looking for the whole bill to be discounted but I was not expecting to pay for the hairy sandwich. Disgusting. Will never go back. Also before the hair arrived we had two appetizers. They were both below average.
