Delicious food served in a beautiful old building. Extensive menu with a variety of options. Some of the best tea anywhere and plenty of leftovers for the next day. Highly recommended. If you don't have time to stop and sit, there is a takeout storefront as well.
First time visiting this establishment. Great experience for the most part! The food was good although I would recommend they use a little less salt on the vegetables and sugar in the sweet tea (was like trying to drink glucose!) Prices tend to run on the high end and you can expect a 3.50% surcharge for using a credit or debit card. There is no dedicated parking so be prepared to drive around trying to find a space. Despite these things I definitely plan to dine there again when...
I had the Alfred with blackened chicken and a few sides, overall the meal its self was ok. The pasta could’ve been seasoned better the chicken was phenomenal Mac and cheese was good along with the yams and cornbread. Personally I feel like when I visited years ago the food was definitely top notch, now it’s not the same but it’s good nonetheless!
