Crossroads Coffee & Ice Cream

I ordered at 10:15 online and it after pressing submit it said it wouldn’t be ready until 10:50. I had to come back for as I was already almost there. I get there at 10:50 and it still isn’t ready!! I didn’t get my coffee until 10:59. Seems like a great place to sit and catch up with someone if it’s nice outside. But not great if you just want to grab a quick coffee. My cappuccino was very good though and the woman I interacted with was friendly.

Parking was terrible and the customers were rude. The food was good, but it wasn't worth the unpleasant experience trying to get to the food.

Icecream is good ...workers are very friendly

I’ve been going to this spot for years now and have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, the food is good, they always get the order right. I’m definitely a fan.

Dropped by for takeout ice cream after VA appt. Tasty ice cream. Chill seating area out front that's dog friendly--w/bowl of water out. Ordering was a bit tricky bc they don't allow regular dogs inside and there's no barcode posted outside for the menu.

Line took 10+ minutes.

It took more than 10min for just iced americano. I couldn’t get it because I had to go to work. Who could think that it will be take that long for just americano. The guy were just talking with other customers and didn’t care about the order. I go there very often but now, I don’t want to go there anymore.

A few vegan options. I tried the tofu ceasar wrap which was decent. We also had a vegan cupcake that was really good. Unfortunately they do charge extra for plant based milks. Their chai latte was a little too sweet for me. Not much coffee flavor but rather tasted like you were drinking a snickerdoodle cookie. Glad to have a few options in the area though in addition to WPA Bakery.

Friendly. Fast. Delicious offerings. What’s not to love?

I used to love this place when the inside was open. It’s crazy that in 2025 they still have a whole building that sits unused while you have to order from a window. The coffee is still good, but they’re always out of the food I’ve tried to order the past few visits.

I truly hope they open the inside again soon

Beautiful little shop, friendly baristas and delicious Thai coffee! Perfect amount of foam and tender sweetness balanced by rich, bold espresso. Definitely making this my summer spot 💚
