Cute spot, very friendly staff, and good diner food. I wish I was able grab a milkshake.
Had a nice breakfast with my family at the Dairy Bar. Our breakfast was absolutely amazing & delicious I definitely will be back!! My best friend Faye works here. Friendly staff the service was amazing!! My daughter & hubby had the chocolate peanut butter milkshake and cotton candy. Absolutely delicious. I Definitely recommend the dairy bar.
I picked up two sandwiches and two 12-ounce shakes from the Dairy Bar for $26 plus a $5 tip on Sunday, April 11th. I got home and opened the boxes and the sandwiches had no sides. We went to eat the sandwiches and they were drowning in mayonnaise. It wasnt even close to the chicken salad we remembered from even a few months ago. I called the Dairy Bar and told the man who answered the phone the issue and he asked me if I was the person who they delivered the order to my car. No, we went inside to pick up the order and pay. How this matters I'm not sure. He proceeded to tell me "the big boss isn't in today and I cant help you, but I hope you'll give us another chance." He took my phone number but of course no one called me. Under the old ownership we ate at the Dairy Bar almost every Sunday for breakfast or lunch.
A local friend chose this as a meeting place and I'm sure glad he did. It's been serving food since 1946 which is the historic part while the friendly and attentive staff accounts for some of the likable part. The unpretentious but very good food accounts for the rest. We were there for breakfast and I regret not getting a milkshake but I'll be back.
I have been going to The Dairy Bar for the most delicious breakfast and lunch so when I learned they were now open for dinner, I knew I had to try it. I had a very generous helping of baked tortellini with melted cheese on top and garlic bread to soak up all the sauce. I enjoyed every bite. Then I had black berry cobbler Blue Bell ice cream that was to die for!! The food was delicious, super friendly staff and cool environment. I highly recommend.
We rode two hours to have lunch at ZZQ 2 Blocks and that was a disaster. luckily, The Dairy Bar was open and made the world okay again. I was so delighted they serve Blue Belle ice cream and the staff are awesome!
