A cute little shop with very friendly and helpful employees, lots of fun quirks, and tasty ALL VEGAN! gelato! They have a wide variety of flavors, and I get the feeling they experiment all the time, so I'll be stopping by regularly to see what weird things they come up with! The ume is my favorite so far. So thrilled they exist!
Good ice cream, but the experience was mentally exhausting. The staff seemed unorganized and confused, making a simple visit take far longer than it should have. There was a noticeable lack of efficiency and coordination, which created a frustrating atmosphere. The ice cream was the only thing that saved this from being a much lower rating.
I’m not sure if it was because it was closer to the end of the day but they did not have a lot of flavors when my sister and I visited, which was very disappointing. However I had the espresso gelato with hazelnut and it was incredible!
