Demi’s is hands my favorite restaurant in the Northside (and one of my favorites in Richmond!). Really incredible dishes and an excellent dip menu with warm pita or veggies. I love this spot for a date night, or a cozy night at home with takeout. The chicken piccata and the sausage pasta are incredible.
I'm Greek. Go to Greece yearly too. Demi's is easily top 3 in RVA. They claim to be 'mediterranean' but yeah, they're Greek.

FOOD: Ordered a little bit of everything. Octopus was well cooked, not rubbery - lots of flavor. Spanakopita was decent with thick dough - not spectacular though....

Second time at Demi's - not disappointing. Very good Mediterranean-style food; outstanding service, including the bartenders; good pacing of the meal; reasonable prices. The only negative was, again, the fact that the place is so loud! Not a large space, tables fairly close together, and usually busy - so maybe no way to address the noise.
