Neighbor is a great spot for a drink or dinner! The staff is friendly, funny, and attentive. The food is delicious and reasonably priced with great portion sizes. Highly recommend!!
Neighbor RVA has quickly become.one of our favorite restaurants in the Bellevue area. Their food is great and is served quickly. The restaurant staff is AWESOME and makes us feel welcome each time we come in. Last night, we came in for a visit after a week that had been quite difficult. As we got ready to settle our tab, the waitress told us our entire meal had been comped. We were totally surprised that they would have done that!
