We used Demi Cupcakes for our daughter’s birthday party (2024) and the cupcakes were good (vegan for allergies) and so was the customer service. We DM’d her on Instagram to use her again this year (2024) and she was incredibly rude when discussing the design of the cupcakes. I would highly recommend finding someone who is kind and not difficult to work with.

With one of my daughters having celiac disease, we have had our fair share of gluten-free products that weren't that great. But these were moist, flavorful and didn't have that gritty texture most gluten-free products have.
