“Food is always great! A friend of mine who works there said that he was shocked after working at a lot of other food places how clean and by the books the kitchen is!! That’s huge to me. They follow all of the proper procedures for all cleanup, prepping, etc! Food is always great. I love the garlic knots and the drivers are friendly“

“My boyfriend and I came here to use a reward I had for a free pizza. The lady who was working was so sweet and made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked in. She had such great customer service. The guy in the back making the pizzas also had such a sweet spirit. I had ordered my pizza to the wrong store and they were so patient with trying to help us figure out how to fix it. “Called in on an order that was taking longer than expected, employee who answered was very nice and explained the delay in the order. When the food arrived it was warm and the quality was great. After eating I noticed I was sent an email immediately sending me a free pizza for the wait time. I used to work as an AGM for years at papa johns and I was very impressed with the quality. It’s a Saturday night during rush hour of course it’s going to come a bit later than usual but did a great job for making it up!“

“The food here is absolutely outstanding compared to most average Dominos. Yes, they have a shortage of delivery drivers, and they are honest about it with everyone I have ever seen them interact with. I have seen them openly tell customers it will be in excess of 2 hours to get their delivery. But people will still leave negative reviews just because they're too lazy to get off the couch to get their food and too cheap to pay Door Dash or Uber Eats delivery fees to get their food faster. My food is hot, fresh, and fast every single time. Why? Because I go get it.“

“This team works HARD. This location is in walking distance of every dorm on VCU campus, and they get slammed with rude and impatient kids on a weekly basis. But every time I come in, they're attentive, they communicate, and are so nice. Any issues I've had as a 3-year frequent customer can be explained by low-staffing, and issues happen once every like 6 months. Great team who deserves so much more in tips for what they have to deal with.“

“Great quality of food, for sure! The person's working didn't rush me. they were calm and patient with me. The only problem I had was the time. I ordered and was told 30 minutes before my pizzas were ready. It was an hour before I got my pizza. I almost left twice. I saw people's pizza come out before mine that came in after me.“

“I always order a pan pizza well done and go for pickup to avoid delivery delays - this time I forgot to add that to the online order, and was able to call and get it fixed. The young man working inside was helpful and friendly and checked to make sure the pizza was to my liking.“
