My mom told me how she didn’t want me ordering from here bc the pizza have a “weird taste” I didn’t listen though cause I never do and it was like a year ago. Anyway,I ordered 2 pizzas today and they have a “weird” taste!!! The tomato sauce is sour and the pepperonis. The garlic parm sauce was disgusting. It taste like sour oily mayonnaise. I guess I gotta look for another dominos location bc I love it too much.

I had ordered from the Belvedere Domino's many times without any problems. On Wednesday I ordered a pizza for delivery and, after an hour I called to find out where the pizza was. Some clown named Josh informed me thatA. I lived outside the delivery areaB. Even though my debit card, address and phone number were on file AND I had just gotten a delivery a few days ago, I wasn't in their delivery areaC. Even if I was in the delivery area I wasn't getting a pizzaD. Clown Josh claimed there was no manager available.When I called Domino's customer support I was spoken to rudely and informed that, despite having several pizzas delivered to me, it was my fault for "calling the wrong store "Screw you clowns!!!

Just look at all the reviews and you will see that this location is unable to deliver pizzas in a normal amount of time. Worse than that, they will make you believe the pizza is coming, possibly leaving you in pizza limbo/purgatory for upwards of 2 hours before you can get a straight answer from them.

Just ordered delivery tonight, had the driver leave my food on the literal sidewalk instead of the front entrance as requested and the pizza is cold no warmth to the food at all even though I was outside for it moments after it was delivered and the box is all dented in. Will not be ordering here again. Highly disappointed.

Came in and pre paid for a order of 10 pizzas for a after-school program in an undeserved community to be delivered at 7pm so that the children could eat before going home ..here it is 730 pm and the pizza is nowhere to be found . I call the location back and they say that yea we have other deliveries and no drivers and we are sorry for the inconvenience mind you we came in hours before and PREPAID IN ADVANCE. IF THIS ISNT POOR MANAGEMENT IDK WHAT IS I THEN HAD TO DRIVE AND PICKUP THESE PIZZAS THAT I PAID A DELIVERY FEE FOR AND WASNT EVEN OFFERED A REFUND OR ANYTHING I GET THAT THIS LOCATION IS ONLY FOR VCU STUDENTS BUT OUR COMMUNITIES AND KIDS LOVE DOMINO'S ALSO YOU WOULD THINK SPENDING $100 ON PIZZA IN THIS ECONOMY THE LEAST YOU WOULD GET IS $100 WORTH OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WASN'T A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT ALL AND THE PIZZA WAS COLD KIDS AND PARENTS WERE THANKFUL FOR WHAT WE DID BUT THE LEAST WE CAN DO IS SERVE OUR CHILDREN HOT PIZZA

My friend ordered a jalepeno cheesy bread no bacon and yet l the person who took her order refused to give her a credit. she only asked for for half a credit. She does not eat bacon and repeated her order asking for no bacon 3 times. he was staring at her albinism and and not paying attention to her order and i was extremely offended for her because the person talking her order did not seem to hear her. She does not have the same vision thatmost people rely on, so it was really offensive for the cashier to overlook her stated requests,. God forbid she had an allergy! shame onthis dominos for not listening to the requests of the customer!

I don't really understand why the tracker says it's ready and I'm still waiting 30 min. The girl with the long pink braids just loudly complains in front of everyone. One girl is always polite I believe she may be Hispanic not sure her name but I wish I could only tip her. Tighten up. Luckily I picked cash and just walked out without paying since it takes an hour plus for one medium pizza. I get being in the weeds but maybe don't say it's ready when it's not and then keep telling me 5 more min.
