This team works HARD. This location is in walking distance of every dorm on VCU campus, and they get slammed with rude and impatient kids on a weekly basis. But every time I come in, they're attentive, they communicate, and are so nice. Any issues I've had as a 3-year frequent customer can be explained by low-staffing, and issues happen once every like 6 months. Great team who deserves so much more in tips for what they have to deal with.
I like these guys. They do a great job, and the food comes hot. If they are late, they acknowledge it and make it up to you without you even complaining. As someone in the industry that's a boss move, good job.
