I ordered and paid extra for a handmade pan pizza which according to Domino’s website is a “pizza with layers of cheese, and sauce and toppings to the edge”. I expected a fully-loaded pizza, but there is an inch or more of topping and sauce-less crust all the way around.
When I realized this, I called the store, and was told that what I received WAS a handmade pan pizza but to save the receipts so they can remake the pizza next time. I told them it was far out of my way and they just repeated to bring the receipt back another time and they will remake the pizza if “I am so dissatisfied”.
This Dominos location is very far out of my usual route. I only went here because it was along my route today and I needed food to bring home. I will not be wasting my gas, time, or effort to return so they can remake the same subpar, sauceless version of a homemade pan pizza.
I do not want a free pizza sometime in the future, if they even honor what I was told on the phone by the time I get back out that way. I want a refund for the cost of this pizza that belongs in a dumpster.

My order arrived in the expected time frame, hot, and as ordered. My delivery driver, Robert, was friendly as well.
Hands down the worst dominos I've ever ordered from. Extremely unfortunate that it's the closest to my house and only one that delivers to us. Just took over an hour and a half for food to be delivered. Foods gross. Driver rang bell despite a note saying not too because of large loud dogs and two sleeping babies.

I saw an ad indicating Dominos was having 50% off pizza for this week. I wanted to get this deal, but the Dominos near me sucks and I haven't eaten their pizza for years. So I saw this location online and decided to try them out and I am glad I did because it was delicious and full of toppings I was so surprised! It was clean and the workers were nice and hospitable. I will definitely be ordering from this location again. Keep up the good work!!!

Dami is a very rude employee. She assured me I would receive my add one to my order. I paid for them but they did not come. When I called back she kept making excuses instead of trying to solve the problem. I called 4 mins after ordering 2 pizzas, wings and parm bites to add on 2 garlic cups. When I called she made the excuse that when I called the order was already done. IMPOSSIBLE! Even still that doesn’t even matter bc they don’t have to cook the sauce. Just grab the cups from the counter, smh. Then she tried saying the driver didn’t have the updated ticket. She should have made sure he had the updated ticket. She proceeded to cut me off while I spoke and raised her voice at me. So I returned the same behavior. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I asked if she was the manager to which she replied that the mgr would tell me the same thing.But Dami I didn’t ask you that and no need to try and cover your tracks. Where do they find these employees? Treat the customer how you’d like to be treated. Or change careers. Won’t order from this location again. Save us both some sanity. Thanks a lot Dami
