These poor guys... I ordered pick up. There was nowhere to add a tip when ordering. They had the pizzas made quickly. When I arrived, they were courteous and quick. I asked if I could tip, the gentleman looked stunned. He couldn't believe I wanted to tip, and said he was going to tell everyone in the back. I was happy to make someone's day, but I feel bad these guys must be so unappreciated that a $5 tip stunned them. And the pizza was awesome. 7yo boys devoured it happily...

I ordered a thin crust spinach feta pizza and some cheesy bread. I ordered for carryout, the app said it would be about 15 minutes, perfect, I'm about a 12 minute walk away. So by the time I get there my food should be close to done, but when I got there they had some mix up and my pizza wasn't ready yet, the worker (I feel bad for forgetting his name but he worked on 07/14 night and had glasses) apologized profusely and genuinely didnt want me to have to wait, that's...

Takeout is great, but delivery is weird. The pizza came to my neighborhood and alerted it was 1 min away, then it went back to the store and took a trip all around the city arriving an hour late, cold, and sad. Watching it galivant all around town on the app was frustrating. Will do pickup next time instead.
