Well12/21/23 my online Delivery Order...I saw the Negative Reviews, burnt food,, etc., but I ordered and my crossiant was also burned; I order a half dozen donuts they were ALL WRONG. How is half the order correct, so, I got the donuts that were not selling???The more I order out, this type of service reminds me to just forget it! They want your money, but the service trap, this type od service is acceptable? Really

Pulled in the drive thru line(#5 car from order window) at 7:58am. Received my coffee and food at 8:19am. Only two girls working. Obviously, they need more help.

Lord! This was the worst. Two young girls, no grace, no smiles. Long dreaded hair loose all over the food. They weren't wearing apron while preparing food, no gloves. Their nails looked dirty. This place needs new workers quickly before they are shut down for violations.
Well, it was sad to come here and not have the same experience as the others DD, I order an extra large coffee with cream and sugar, and it was too much cream, donuts ? they didn’t have what I wanted. Maybe next

I ask for bagel with cream cheese and hot vanilla chai latte this is how I get my bagel..staff is rude..when i ask for my receipt they are making face????hot vanilla chai latte no good ??

i’ve tried to be patient with this location, due to the fact it’s a younger staff. but i’ve just had way to many issues with this location and the professionalism.Today April 17 i visited your east gate location. walked in around 2:45pm. it was completely empty inside the store. i thought maybe the workers were located in the back. after yelling “hello” for about 7min. they 2 guys that work for dunkin come walking from behind the store putting out a blunt.they walked in i told them “they need to tighten up”. because just 5 days prior the store was closed before 7pm and one of the guys was in the back playing with the store money recording himself, WITH THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW OPEN.anyways they are a safety hazard. anyone could’ve walked in stole anything from the store. i could’ve went back there and made my own drink and left that’s how long they was in the back of the store.

My coffee drink had chewy, undissolvable chunks. And only one girl was working. What kind of place doesn’t properly staff their store?
Always out of glazed donuts and glazed donut holes and the people at the drive-thru don't listen.
