Drove to this location after my local Dunkin’ not having what I wanted in stock. Mary gave me such great customer service. She truly listened, repeated back my order and kept great conversation with me throughout. While I feel like my drink wasn’t filled fully because I added cold foam it tasted great overall. The donuts were a tad stale but not inedible. Will be returning here and hoping Mary is the cashier when I do. Honestly the only person I’ve had a positive customer experience with at this location in a while. Others have been short and mundane with me.

I love this store. Especially if MJ is there to start your morning. She is the warmest person you could ask for to get your cup of Joe. All of the staff are super nice. I love visiting this chain when I am in richmond.

The worst Dunks I had ever been to, and I’ve been to many. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.The donuts were TERRIBLE. The chocolate covered with sprinkles had the least amount of frosting I have ever seen (see my photo). The double chocolate donut wasn’t even glazed. The frosting on each tasted like chocolate frosting from the grocery store - and not even the good kind.The bagel wasn’t cooked all the way through. And I don’t mean they didn’t toast it properly (which they didn’t, they microwaved it). The bagel still had raw places in it, and was completely inedible.The single coffee we got, cold brew with almond milk, was disgusting. The cold brew seemed old and left black sludge on the bottom of the cup. This was less than 10 minutes after I ordered it.The environment of this location was off. The staff was rude to each other. When one worker asked another if a muffin was done, the worker replied in a very aggressive tone, “Well did the bell go off?” The worker simply replied, “No.” The other worker then rudely stated, “Well then it’s not done!”I will not ever be back here again. What an awful place. Don’t waste your money. Go get your breakfast/coffee anywhere else - even if it’s the gas station down the street.

This is the second day in a row I've gotten a latte and it tasted like plastic it was the worst latte I've ever had. I normally come to this location and it's really good but for the past two days whoever has been making the lattes in the mornings does not make them well. Their lattes normally taste great and they have good service but really disappointed in their lattes recently. Need better latte makers in the mornings.

I ordered the Red Velvet donut, blueberry muffin, and hot chai w/espresso. Someone called out my mobile order quickly. When I said I was in line to get something else, she asked if I had the mobile order and if I needed anything else.My husband ate the Red Velvet donut. He likes his icing on the light side, so the amount on this donut was a bit much for him. That's probably just fine for others. If I could get my muffins lightly toasted w/butter, it would be magical.
