Yoooooo. When y’all order cold foam drinks, especially mobile order, and take a little bit of extra time to get to your cup- your foam has melted into your drink thus creating an illusion of a half-full cup. When you order curbside if your car is obstructed by pillars, is in the incorrect parking spot, or we’re simply tied up and doing our best- it is difficult to see your car. Often, cars are not labeled properly and we’re doing our best to decipher...

I ordered a large berry açaí refresher with 3 shots of blueberry. When I arrived at the Dunkin’ store, I received the best customer service from Mandi. I’ve been going to this location for years. She gave me feedback on my drink selection (do half green tea/water) and informed me of the frozen drink selection (cotton candy and creamsicle)…I always get the same thing. Talk to Mandi about refreshers is mandatory!

It's only getting 3 stars because we placed a mobile order and we were standing waiting for it and watched lady who was handling food cough on her gloved hand and then continue to touch the food... I have literally nothing else to say.
