This is the 4th time I've been to this location and there was a problem. They've run out of milk, coffee, espresso, and tonight I was told they have shift problems and were closing early to prepare for tomorrow due to "shift issues". That's not a good sign if you can't keep employees. On top of all that, it always takes a very long time to get service at the drive-thru window and inside. I don't like leaving negative reviews but this location has problems.

5 stars because the, I'm assuming manager, was low on staff but he worked hard to get out order and make our drinks in good time and made sure we were taken care of, all while training someone newThank you so much for your amazing customer service

It would be all 5s if they didn’t always run out of croissants , cold coffee, sold old coffees meaning with spoiled milk, and took all day for the smallest orders. The staff is really sweet , but it’s kind of crazy to go to drive thru for fast food and it’s not fast at all. So sorry guys but this location isn’t it .

Don't know what is going on with this location. I came a few weeks ago and they had no milk and no bacon so they could make a majority of their coffee drinks. I went in again and they didn't have any donuts at all. I went in today and they apparently didn't have gloves so they could not give any food.

The corporate people that run this Dunkin Donuts are straight up bullies. They put the busy st Dunkin in a bad place then blame the employees if they don't get enough drive thru people. Mean while you have to drive around the back side of all the business s just to get to the drive thru and there are no signs telling you where it is. Also unless you know that Dunkin is there you won't even see it due to all the trees blocking the view. The employees are very nice and welcoming. However I watch their GM get fired due to not enough sales. And they did it in the lobby area for ALL to see.

This location is working very hard to take care of their customers. The new manager is amazing and has great customer service skills sprinkled with a little humor. I absolutely love my DD!!
