best elevated dinner experience i’ve had in richmond in a very long time! every single ingredient is thought out and presented carefully delicious. The atmosphere is elegant and calm, a good place to share good food and good conversations
William was AMAZING! He accommodated a group of 11 for an engagement party on the fly for the wine tasting. He was very knowledgeable and a wonderful time. He definitely deserves a raise for going above and beyond (and I work in HR so this is huge for me). 100000/10 experience and would recommend to anyone.

Portions seem small upon presentation but more than enough and really how one ought to eat

The restaurant serves excellent food, including the beet salad, scallops, and steak entree, with a delicious bread pudding dessert. The charcuterie board is both beautiful and delicious. Echelon also offers tasty wine, fun tasting events, and small plates. The chef is inspired, creating inventive and tasty lunch entrees. Although the eggs Benedict at brunch was flavorless and cold, the overall experience is highly recommended, making it a great place for date night or small groups. The restaurant's beautiful decor and good noise levels allow for easy conversation. With impeccable service, Echelon Wine Bar is a destination worth traveling for, and a wonderful place to support.
