Went for a wine tasting. Wines were excellent and served with three appetizers. Appetizers delicious also. Parking was difficult
We've stayed in Richmond the last few months for work and have dined at quite a few establishments. Some were bad, some good, and some delicious. Every time we were disappointed or not satisfied, we came back to the Echelon Wine Bar. The service is absolutely top notch. No waiting for drinks, excellent recommendations for pairings, and absolutely delicious food. William and Liam made this place feel like home. Echelon Wine Bar offers an elevated dinner experience with elegant and calm atmosphere, perfect for sharing good food and conversations. The restaurant serves excellent food, including the beet salad, scallops, and steak entree, with a delicious bread pudding dessert. The charcuterie board is both beautiful and delicious. Echelon also offers tasty wine, fun tasting events, and small plates. The chef is inspired, creating inventive and tasty lunch entrees. Although the eggs Benedict at brunch was flavorless and cold, the overall experience is highly recommended, making it a great place for date night or small groups. The restaurant's beautiful decor and good noise levels allow for easy conversation. With impeccable service, Echelon Wine Bar is a destination worth traveling for, and a wonderful place to support.
