Today, Tuesday the 21st, 2025 is the very last time I give my money to Mr. Einstein. I waited 45 minutes for a 7 dollar bagel. 45 minutes. How is it possible to take three quarters of an hour to make a bagel. You wanna know the best part? It was cold when they finally gave me the order, which means it was just sitting on the counter for eons before one of the lethargic workers decided to put their 2 mph conversation on hold and do their job. This isn't even the first time something like this has happened, not even close. Out of the dozen or so times I've gone here it's been pretty consistent. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

Do not pay for anything extra they will literally just not put it on. After paying for an extra egg, sausage, and cheese none of that was on my bagel, only the extra "shmear," and it's nearly impossible to get them to remake it because there are so many people waiting and I had already waited over 20 minutes for my food. I had also ordered previously an egg bagel that came with no eggs on it. Don't waste your time or money here.

Rudest customer service I have ever encountered on VCU campus! I came to pick up my grubhub order and I was blatantly ignored by one of the women preparing drinks. When I got her attention by saying “Hi i’m here to pick up my grubhub order” she rudely yelled in my face “good afternoon” in a condescending tone and when i said hi again, she rudely yelled “good afternoon” again as if I had not greeted her 3 times already. When I said good afternoon back she threw my food at me across the counter. Terrible way to treat customers and students! Will NEVER be returning or purchasing a meal plan ever again. Don't take out your anger on customers because you are having a bad day. She definitely ruined mine after that.

ordered a bagel with no avocado. first time they just blatantly ignored my request. real robots back there. second time ordered with no avocado, they put avocado, and scraped it off once they realized they messed up. with some avocado still on there, they thought it was okay to send it out. what if there was an allergy? they are asking and waiting for a lawsuit

It's fine. The bagels themselves are nice quality, though they never give nearly enough cream cheese, so if that's your goal you may want to get a bagel with different toppings instead.

When it's good, it's good. But the quality varies a LOT. Today I ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese because they don't put enough for my preference. I was charged for the extra cream cheese, which fine whatever, but then still got only a little!!

I purchased Asiago bagel with avocado, red onions, tomato, lettuce, spinach, and a sauce they created. It was so delicious I make it at home now. They did originally get my order wrong. However, it was fixed immediately with no hesitation.
food is great but i will not be coming back. the customer service is terrible. they made fun of me when i finished ordering as if i couldn’t hear them? And one time i had to wait 30 min for a bagel with cream cheese which made me late to my class.
