I go to this Einstein Bros location a lot because I work nearby, and it's almost always a positive experience. Just today, I ordered ahead on the app to cash in on some rewards points, but when I got to the store they didn't have what I'd ordered. The staff were all super nice, apologized a bunch, and more than made up for it! I'll definitely be back

Every time I visit this location, the food is absolutely delicious and always fresh. I usually order the All-Nighter breakfast sandwich (I’m still learning all the menu names), and it’s prepared just the way I like it. A friendly team member even let me know about signing up for rewards to earn points toward my balance, which was a nice touch.

Their selection of fresh pastries and bagels is huge—you’ll have a hard time choosing just one. I haven’t...

I just had to give your employee, “DJ” the attention he deserves. I ordered on DoorDash and the Dasher delivered the wrong order. DJ went above and beyond to ensure I would receive the correct order. Without a doubt, I’m sure he’s the best employee you have there. DJ thank You so much for your professionalism and top-tier customer service! If you’re not a manager or haven’t received a raise, You deserve it! You’re awesome!
