I made a list of places that I wanted to visit in Richmond and fat rabbit bakery is so highly talked about that it had to be on the list. We tried coffee, tea and buttermilk biscuits with jam and honey butter.

What a cozy spot with EXCELLENT food! Sweet and savory, all delicious. We got some bread to take home and I can't believe how good it was! Soft on the inside, crisp hard crust... just perfect. Will definitely be back!

We have purchased from Fat Rabbit for years. The owner did our daughter’s wedding cakes ( yes we had a cake bar… the cakes are so good we could not choose). She did the baby shower for the same couple. I am now ordering the birthday cake for the granddaughters first birthday. Not only are the cakes delicious….. they are beautiful as well.

The pastries are good. The chocolate chip cookies are a must no matter what else you get! They also have a great selection...
