The club on a sub received positive feedback within my household. However, the steak and cheese was critiqued as being less desirable, with a preference for alternative establishments. The customer service was satisfactory, though it did not quite meet a five-star standard. Also, the floor had sticky spots and needed mopping.

Ordered the new french dip sub. Came out toasted with the dip on the side. Very delicious, service was great and atmosphere clean. I will be back.
Staff needs a major training in time management, customer service, and maturity. Cursing and loudly having their own conversations while half of the restaurant is filled with customers waiting on food is a bit ridiculous. Asking customers rude questions and overall lack of respect of others may be enough for me not to come back again. You can have the best food in town, but it's all diminished by the employees you have representing your company.

Salads were small and only fit 1/2 of the bowl. Chips were not full on the rack and the drink machine lacked ice and needed to be refilled with lemonade.

They are never properly staffed!! It takes FOREVER to get your food and it’s usually made haphazardly. Go to the one on Sheila lane if you want excellent service and good quality!! For the price you pay, they should be properly staffed and the food should be good.
I love their thanksgiving subs with gravy! The subs here are always so tasty and perfectly warm. Highly recommended!

Was really in the mood for a couple of sandwiches, and was going to pick up with a quick van ride from the hotel. But, they never answered the phone, so lost thirty bucks or so in revenue and more in loss of customer good will. Firehouse in general has always been slow to build their sandwiches, so if you want to get a sandwich to go, your only option is to camp out while they make one for you, or better in the case of this franchise, shop elsewhere.
A girl that work there name Brittany curse me out in front of customer.

I have celiac disease which means I absolutely cannot consume normal wheat bread. I went here excited because firehouse subs offers a gluten free sub role. There was no care whatsoever about preventing cross contamination of the 2 breads, my sandwich was prepped on the same cutting boards as everyone else's no glove change and the same knife used to cut the sandwich as everyone else's. If I hadn't watched them make the sandwich I would be sick as hell at this point. Thankfully they did refund my money, and I went to chick fl a next door who does take celiac seriously. Celiac's beware.

I ordered two large steak and cheese subs to go. When I got home, I realized that neither had lettuce or tomatoes and I had to search hard to find the caramelized onions and peppers. I called several times to share my concern and no one answered.

We walked in and the place was empty of customers. We could see two employees. My husband stood at the register for several minutes before an employee from the back was eventually called to take his order. He ordered two small subs. After a few minutes 5 other people walked in and placed their orders. After 10 minutes we thought they’re being really slow. I asked if they started our subs, to which they replied, “they’re coming out right now”. After 15 minutes people who ordered AFTER us began receiving their food. I asked how much longer for our subs, again, “they’re coming up right now”. They hadn’t even started working on them! After 20+ minutes we finally got our subs. Meanwhile ALL of the people who ordered after us received theirs. The staff was not at all apologetic and there was no customer service. The truth is they were being deliberately slow until the store filled with customers and they had no choice but to rush and in that time they completely forgot about us.

I love having the coupon in the app, which makes it affordable and that is usually when I get firehouse. It is very good sandwiches, but the coupons add a lot of affordability which I appreciate they do a good job at the White Oak firehouse subs. Keep it up.
