I ordered two large steak and cheese subs to go. When I got home, I realized that neither had lettuce or tomatoes and I had to search hard to find the caramelized onions and peppers. I called several times to share my concern and no one answered.

We walked in and the place was empty of customers. We could see two employees. My husband stood at the register for several minutes before an employee from the back was eventually called to take his order. He ordered two small subs. After a few minutes 5 other people walked in and placed their orders. After 10 minutes we thought they’re being really slow. I asked if they started our subs, to which they replied, “they’re coming out right now”. After 15 minutes people who ordered AFTER us began receiving their food. I asked how much longer for our subs, again, “they’re coming up right now”. They hadn’t even started working on them! After 20+ minutes we finally got our subs. Meanwhile ALL of the people who ordered after us received theirs. The staff was not at all apologetic and there was no customer service. The truth is they were being deliberately slow until the store filled with customers and they had no choice but to rush and in that time they completely forgot about us.

I love having the coupon in the app, which makes it affordable and that is usually when I get firehouse. It is very good sandwiches, but the coupons add a lot of affordability which I appreciate they do a good job at the White Oak firehouse subs. Keep it up.

I want to say 1st, that we love FH.But what we just got was awful. The oil & vinegar was so heavily applied that it leaked through the sandwich and then through the carton. Yes...you read that right. My husband had to eat his footling with a fork & knife. Unacceptable . We don't live nearby or i would of returned them in the rain. I have pictures as well

Double check your order. I got one sandwich to eat right then that was made okay. Ordered another with bread on the side to take home to eat the next day. Didn't check the order and I didn't even get any meat.

poor customer service. unclean. multiple people working at least 5. no one can clean or wipe the drink station or the soda machine. Hardly anyone dining in. No one in line. yet im refused the deal i drove all the way there for just to be told " No". The policy's in place just to use a deal are for buffet restaurants because there u cannot take food to go. But, when did Firehouse subs turn into a buffet? because i cant take any of my food home? To demand someone to eat their food in house for a sandwich is absolutely insane. maybe the staff does this for kicks when they are bored. This must be a franchise because there is no corporate information anywhere in the store. Even the manager doesn't know the number just a website. Whoever is running this franchise needs some customer service training and information for corporate should be seen or available in store. Nothing will change if they just send the complaints to the store. They dont even clean the drink bar area at all. By the way this location is located in Richmond Va not Moreno Valley CA. Just another tactic to avoid corrections from Corporate. If they care
