Placed an online order because I had rewards for a free small sandwich. The online order glitched and still charged me for the sub but took my rewards. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order, none of the employees greeted me. I picked up my order and asked one of the employees politely about the rewards and was rudely told to call corporate.

They have a new King Hawaiian pulled pork sandwich for a limited time. My daughter and I tried it...of course we weren't disappointed. I suggest you try it out while they're still offering itKid-friendliness: Offer kid selections

I have been to this location twice for lunch and every time I go there this restaurant is empty and they tell me it’s at least a 45 minute wait. They tell me I have to wait 45 minutes for an in-store sub because the online orders come first. This is ridiculous. Nobody’s in the store eating, so why don’t they have time for in-store customers?!? We will not go to this restaurant again.

I had a wonderful experience here last night. They accepted my coupon, I ordered ahead of time online, & they made my sandwich-the hook and ladder exactly the way I wanted it and ready on time. I ate in, the sandwich was great, the space was clean, & they offered me a free drink too.

Subs took a really long time!! Ordered, walked down the path to Panda Express, ordered got my food, left and returned to firehouse, still had to wait 10 min for my 2 subs. It’s a sandwhich, shouldn’t take that long to assemble!

We waited for 40 minutes to get are food. We ordered online for pickup and watched others come in and order and receive they're food. Are bag was never placed on pickup with others and when we asked about are food it was in a bag by the corner on there side. Are food was cold and was messed up and didn't even get an apology. Worst service I've ever had at any place

Looking for something to hold me over until flying out the next morning since this is an airport area. I placed my order online to be able to pick it up when I arrived. The place was a little busy so I wasn't bothered the food wasn't ready. I then realized the food wasn't prepared because the employees were playing with the customers food and making jokes about customers. One of my subs was served to another customer first. It was not remade. It was repackaged. I checked my food before I left and sure enough it was made horribly. While I do eat mayo, I did not want a sandwich drenched in the condiment. There were two employees that acted in a professional manner. A young black gentleman in a green shirt who greeted me and ran the register and a young white gentleman making sandwiches. The other two young ladies got multiple orders wrong and constantly acted in an unprofessional manner. I shouldn't have this much to say for an onling order pickup.

Ordered online at 9:03pm . Website said they were open until 10pm and allowed me to place an order and took my money. When I arrived at 9:14pm, they claimed they were "closed" and simply pointed me to the corporate number. Never got my money back. Fix your systems and your people before you end up like Quizno's.
