Soda machine needs an update. It clicks and let's out small amounts of soda ever second. Also needs the employees to check the syrup for each drink offered. Mellow yellow and coke were just tonic water.

This is where I picked up subs to take to my friend in Richmond for lunch. There were actually 3 of us, ordering for 4 of us, lunch hour, about ~~ 1pm.

Ordering went great (we went inside and ordered). However, they told us it would be a 15 minute wait until they were done.

The inside of the restaurant wasn't that busy, but I think a lot of their orders were called in our ordered online for pickup so there was a bit of a backlog. It...

The club on a sub received positive feedback within my household. However, the steak and cheese was critiqued as being less desirable, with a preference for alternative establishments. The customer service was satisfactory, though it did not quite meet a five-star standard. Also, the floor had sticky spots and needed mopping.
