I love having the coupon in the app, which makes it affordable and that is usually when I get firehouse. It is very good sandwiches, but the coupons add a lot of affordability which I appreciate they do a good job at the White Oak firehouse subs. Keep it up.

Double check your order. I got one sandwich to eat right then that was made okay. Ordered another with bread on the side to take home to eat the next day. Didn't check the order and I didn't even get any meat.

poor customer service. unclean. multiple people working at least 5. no one can clean or wipe the drink station or the soda machine. Hardly anyone dining in. No one in line. yet im refused the deal i drove all the way there for just to be told " No". The policy's in place just to use a deal are for buffet restaurants because there u cannot take food to go. But, when did Firehouse subs turn into a buffet? because i cant take any of my food home? To demand someone...
