However, the employee assisting with the transaction had difficulty being understood due to a combination of a low speaking voice and a face mask, compounded by the excessively loud music. Furthermore, the milkshake order was not fulfilled accurately, as the whipped cream was omitted. This may have been a result of the aforementioned noise levels. Additionally, street parking availability presents a potential challenge.“
“Super great experience today! I ordered online for pickup. Walked in and was met by smiling workers who asked for my information. He immediately went to work and maybe 2-3 minutes later my food was ready. It was piping hot as I learned in the car trying to sneak a French fry! The burgers were delicious and the ingredients fresh. Fries were great as well! This was my first time trying Five Guys and I will definitely be back!“

“My order was wrong tonight. Didn't now this till I got home. I ordered a little cheeseburger all the way, no ketchup, got home and had a little cheeseburger with only mustard and raw Onion. My boyfriend took it back to let them know that it was wrong, a long with the receipt. The staff seemed to be angry that we brought it back. Not one apology at at all. I understand that it was close to closing tim I am not as upset about the incorrect burger, as I am about the lack of compassion from the staff.“
