“My order was wrong tonight. Didn't now this till I got home. I ordered a little cheeseburger all the way, no ketchup, got home and had a little cheeseburger with only mustard and raw Onion. My boyfriend took it back to let them know that it was wrong, a long with the receipt. The staff seemed to be angry that we brought it back. Not one apology at at all. I understand that it was close to closing tim I am not as upset about the incorrect burger, as I am about the lack of compassion from the staff.“

“The overall experience at this location was positive. However, the employee assisting with the transaction had difficulty being understood due to a combination of a low speaking voice and a face mask, compounded by the excessively loud music. Furthermore, the milkshake order was not fulfilled accurately, as the whipped cream was omitted. This may have been a result of the aforementioned noise levels. Additionally, street parking availability presents a potential challenge.“

Moreover, the staff always provides exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude. It is always a pleasure to visit a store that maintains such a high standard of cleanliness.“

“The place was clean, well lit and easily accessible. Handicapped patrons would not have a problem being served. Overall, it's worth choosing this restaurant over other hamburger chains such as McDonald's and Wendy's or Burger King.“
