The fries here don’t taste like other locations it sure if they are cooking them right! You can never go wrong at five guys but this was disappointing. The staff is friendly though!!!

I stayed in Richmond the night prior to my trip to Texas. I went to the Five Guys near to where I was staying. Great “loaded” cheeseburger with all the normal dressings. Great burger and great service.

Prefect service on my last visit.Started with a friendly person at the register. Helpful with recommendations but not pushy. Food was food quickly. More fries than you can imagine when you order a large.Restaurant was clean, and unlike most establishments nowadays, the employees seem genuinely happy to be working there.
