We spent 45 (yes 45!) minutes in the car line last week! It was not THAT busy. To top it off when we finally got to the pick up window the girl working the window ran out of cups, ran off to get more (while 6 employees - yes I counted them - stood around doing nothing). Then she came back, handed me my order, which had already been sitting there for who knows how long, and closed the window. I had to remind her I still needed my drinks.
